Product Description
Daploy WF420HMS resin is a structurally isomeric modified propylene homopolymer, which combines significantly increased melt strength with largely improved drawability of the polymer melt. Thus, the material is generally characterized by improved processability in polymer forming technologies where stretching flows occur.

Daploy WF420HMS is specially designed for the polypropylene extrusion, in particular for extrusion coating technology.

Materials, such as paper and board, coated with Daploy WF420HMS have high grease resistance. They can be submerged in boiling water for a certain period of time without deterioration. Daploy WF420HMS can be used in microwave oven applications. With a considerably low coating weight a practically pinholesfree coating can be achieved.

Daploy WF420HMS is a very versatile coating grade for coating and lamination of various papers, paperboards, plastic films and foils. Daploy WF420HMS has excellent adhesion against OPP, woven PP cloth and PP based nonwovens.
