Product Description

ROYALITE® R570 is proprietary Brominated ABS Fire Rated thermoplastic sheet product. R-570 is UL listed V-0@ .061 and UL-5VA listed at .089 and above. R570 combines good impact strength and stiffness with excellent formability. It has a good resistance to most environmental stains and its cleanability with common cleaners is outstanding. Manufactured utilizing our proprietary cap sheet technology, R570 provides outstanding color and gloss control and superior grain retention after thermoforming.

APPLICATIONS:
The combination of toughness, durability, and fire retardancy makes Royalite® R570 the perfect choice for a wide variety of fire rated applications when faced with using a non PVC material. Its excellent balance of properties makes it suitable for wide variety of applications such as business machine housing, medical equipment, and electronics enclosures. The superior forming characteristics of R570 also make it a great material for the complex configurations.
