Product Description
Hifor LT74107-F polymer is a high strength and good clarity polyethylene designed for blown film extrusion that contains medium slip, high antiblock and high processing aid additives. Films produced with this resin exhibit a unique low seal initiation temperature combined with high stiffness. Other features of this resin include good clarity and high machine direction tear resistance.

Additional Information
Extrusion conditions used to produce 1 mil (0.025 mm) film include a 6 in die, 2.5 in 24:1 L:D barrier screw, 2.4:1 BUR, 100-mil die gap, 15 in frostline height, 450° F melt temperature, and 7.5 lb/hr/inch die output. Density results are on Base Resin.
