Product Description
NYCOA 2245 is a highly flexible Nylon copolymer TPE developed for both injection molding and extrusion applications. The chemical composition of NYCOA 2245 delivers improved impact performance at ambient or low temperatures, and increased flexibility to meet higher impact performance. The high thermal and chemical resistance, inherent to Nylon 6, is retained.

The chemistry of the resin promotes good adhesion to olefins and other materials, without the problem of migration associated with the use of plasticizers. In addition, its high melt viscosity and melt strength provides outstanding processability for tubing, profile, sheet, and monofilament.

This product is available with custom additive packages: heat stabilizer, UV stabilizer, flame retardant and custom colors.
