Product Description
23L430 is a homopolymer for general coating applications. 23L430 coated substrates such as paper, board and aluminium can be used for packaging food and liquids, powders, medical devices, agricultural materials, chemicals and many other products. It can be also used in photographic paper industry.

23L430 is also suitable for injection molding of flexible products.

Benefits and Features
23L430 is an additive free low density ethylene homopolymer. Its special polymer structure gives the following properties:
  • Good draw down ability with low neck-in and stable web edges
  • Good processability with high coating speed
  • Low fumes during extrusion
  • Good adhesion on many substrates
  • Good heat sealing properties
  • Good organoleptical properties
  • Low permeability to moisture and gases
  • Good scratch resistance
  • High purity and very low gel level

We recommend that you consult your INEOS technical representative for further advice on the use of 23L430.
