Product Description
Applications
20P430 is a versatile extrusion coating resin with excellent draw down. With this grade higher line speeds, lower coating weights or lower melt temperatures are possible. 20P430 coated substrates such as paper, board and aluminium can be used for packaging food and liquids, powders, medical devices, agricultural materials, chemicals and many other products.

20P430 is also suitable for injection molding of flexible products.

Benefits and Features
20P430 is an additive free low density ethylene homopolymer. Its special polymer structure gives the following properties:
  • Excellent draw down ability combined with reasonable neck in and stable web edge
  • Good processability at high line speeds, low coating weights or lower melt temperatures
  • Low fumes during extrusion
  • Good organoleptical properties
  • Good adhesion on many substrates
  • Very good heat sealing properties
  • High purity and very low gel level
