Product Description
18R430 is a tailored extrusion coating resin. It is especially suitable for coating at high production line speeds and where thin coating layers or low temperature heat sealing properties are required, for example in coextruded coatings or for coating textiles and non-wovens. It provides excellent substrate wettability and good adhesion.

18R430 is also suitable for injection molding of flexible products.

Benefits and Features
18R430 is an additive free low density ethylene homopolymer. Its special polymer structure gives the following properties:
  • Low coating weights as a result of excellent draw down
  • Good flow properties and excellent processability
  • Low fumes during extrusion
  • Good organoleptical properties
  • Excellent substrate wettability
  • Good adhesion on many substrates especially on non-wovens and textiles
  • Excellent heat sealing properties
  • High purity and very low gel level.
