Product Description
A thermoplastic powder based on polyethylene was developed by Sterigenics Advanced Applications for extrusion coating on metal and other surfaces. RAPREX™ 400 is a modified linear low-density polyethylene powder that can be applied to metal surface employing extrusion coating techniques, giving excellent adhesion and appearance. Preliminary investigations reveal that RAPREX™ 400 can also be applied to diverse substrates such as wood and other plastics.
Presently there are two sub-grades of R-400 powders for different MFI ranges.
