Product Description
NatureWorks® PLA polymer 7032D, is a bottles grade resin designed for injection stretch blow molded applications where heat setting is needed. PLA polymer 7032D can be run on conventional ISBM equipment. 7032D is typically run at lower processing temperatures than bottle grade PET.

Applications:
Injection Stretch Blow Molded Bottles for 1:2 stage operations. Ideal for applications where heat setting is required such as:

Blow molding/Heat Setting Specifications:
Preform Temperature: 80 to 100°C (Maximize temperature which keeping good material distribution)
Stretch Rod Speed: 0.8 to 1.2 m/s (Balayage rod required)
Blow Mold Temperature: 100 to 120°C (Optimize for production rate and heat set quality)
