| Plasti-Coil Technical Services (PTS) |
This new Plasti-Coil Technical Services (PTS) division has been created to work with customers on new projects
ranging from single part design and development, through start to finish program
management. PTS also welcomes the opportunity to become involved with
engineering and manufacturing involving existing customer programs.
PTS should be viewed as an extension of its customer’s engineering, manufacturing,
and quality departments. The ability to take an idea from the design stage through
product development and certification. |
|
|
| What you can expect from PTS |
PTS personnel will perform
a detailed customer interview to determine the scope of the product, functional
requirements, timing and any other information required for quoting the project. Once
a contract is signed, a PTS team is assigned to the customer. Expectations will be
determined, project plans developed, reporting frequencies defined. Most importantly,
your project will be completed on time and to your satisfaction.
