RJG’s new 4015 strain gage signal conditioner provides users with a simple machine interface. The device converts the output signal from any industry standard analog strain gage sensor into usable data that provides a way for the sensor to communicate with the molding machine.
The unit provides amplification that converts the retrieved signal from the sensor to produce a 0-10 volt output signal that can be used for process monitoring and control. The mold pressure signal is auto zeroed before the start of each injection cycle to maximize the process repeatability.
The signal conditioner is packaged in a compact, rugged metal case with a sturdy mounting plate for durability. Each unit ships with an interface cable and manual for easy installation.
