The time to failure at elevated temperature. A measure of the thermal oxidative stability of polypropylene and polypropylene copolymers in air.

Failure is determined by visual inspection and is defined as localized discoloration, crumbling, or crazing. Oxidation of polypropylene generally takes place on the surface before moving inward.
