- Company-wide accounts allow everyone at your company (within North America) to access Prospector, and is limited by the number of users accessing Prospector at the same time. Individual accounts are limited to an individual’s user name and password.
- Yes, we do track usage carefully, so you may not share your account with others. That’s why we offer group discounts- to help your budget while you help your colleagues.
- Yes, if you purchase individual user licenses at different times throughout the year we can pro-rate the accounts as long as they maintain the same expiration date and billing contact.
- Yes, you can transfer an account to a new user, if, for example, someone switches jobs. We’ll send new login information to the new user with our compliments.
