Dwayne Esterline is the President of GI Engineering Company, a small engineering firm which specializes in manufacturing cost reduction and process development.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Huntington University and an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

With more than 18 years of manufacturing industry experience, Dwayne has completed projects in dozens of manufacturing facilities across North America, for many world class companies, including; GE Aerospace, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Visteon, and Federal Mogul, among others.

Dwayne is also author of the small book “Cost Reduction Guide: Proven methods that reduce cost and increase profit”, written specifically for small manufacturing firms.
