Vistamaxx specialty elastomers are playing an important role in offering compounders and OEMs the ability to add value by providing improved durability, aesthetics, flexibility, and versatility as a blend partner with polypropylene (PP) and other polymers. This presentation will cover using Vistamaxx specialty elastomers for numerous applications that incorporate PP modification, SEBS modification, and its use with oil and fillers. In addition, a comparison between Vistamaxx specialty elastomers and plastomers for PP modification will be made. Your presenter is Chuck Siskovich, currently a Market Developer for ExxonMobil Chemical's portfolio of specialty elastomer products. He is part of a team that focuses on meeting customer needs by introducing specialty elastomer materials that deliver new solutions and benefits. For the past three years Chuck has been focusing on developing markets for Vistamaxx™ Specialty Elastomers produced by ExxonMobil Chemical. Previously, he was a Sales Engineer for the Lubes and Specialties business. Prior to the last nine years at ExxonMobil, Chuck has held positions as a Sr. Plant Engineer, Operations and Maintenance Superintendent, and Engineering Supervisor.
